On Sunday 16th May I will be doing a 40 Miles on and off road mountain bike ride to raise some money for childrens charities local to me.

Been in training, and have done about 15 miles a day, and the odd ride around 20 miles. BUT 40 is a blooming long way!!

If anyone would like to sponsor me it would be really good, and all the money will go to the Little Havens Childrens Hospice http://www.littlehavens.org.uk/ andalso the Basildon Hospital Neonatal Intensive care unit.
